Telecom Argentina appoints Stefano De Angelis as new CEO

 

Telecom Lead Buenos Aires: Telecom Argentina has appointed Stefano De Angelis as the CEO.

Stefano replaces Franco Bertone, who will be taking responsibilities within the Telecom Italia Group.

Recently, Telecom Argentina said fourth-quarter 2012 revenues improved 19.5 percent to P$22.12 billion from P$18.50 billion in the same period last year. Average revenue per user, or ARPU, per month, totaled P$57.7, compared to P$51.4 last year. Full-year operating income was affected by a one-time charge P$90 million, relating to incurred and provisioned restructuring costs.
