Reliance Communications Capex in Q3 reaches Rs 348 crore  

Indian telecom service provider Reliance Communications said it invested Rs 348 crore towards Capex (capital spending) in Q3 fiscal 2014-15.

Reliance Communications, announcing the financial result for the third quarter, said its total data customer base has grown 5.7 percent q-o-q to 31.4 million including 16.7 million 3G customers in Q3.

Data traffic of Reliance Communications rose 16.2 percent q-o-q and 83.3 percent y-o-y to 76,434 million MB – driven by significant growth in data subscribers and higher data usage per customer.

ARPU of Reliance Communications grew 3.6 percent q-o-q to Rs 142.

Q3 revenue of Reliance Communications rose 5.4 percent y-o-y and 1.2 percent q-o-q to Rs 5,469 crore.

India operations revenue rose 2.5 percent q-o-q to Rs 4,799 crore, while global operations revenue grew 23 percent to Rs 1,236 crore.
