MTS to achieve 100 branded retail outlets in Tamil Nadu shortly

Telecom Lead India: Sistema Shyam TeleServices (MTS India) is planning to achieve 100 branded retail outlets in Tamil Nadu telecom circle shortly.

The mobile operator on Monday said it has opened 13 new branded retail outlets across Tamil Nadu circle.

The company plans to launch 5 new outlets shortly taking the total number of branded retail outlets in Tamil Nadu to 100.

This initiative is in sync with company’s strategy to provide an enhanced experience to all MTS Voice & Data customers in the circle.

MTS has over 16 million wireless subscribers in the country.

“I am pleased to announce the launch of 13 new MTS branded retail outlets across Tamil Nadu circle. This launch is in sync with our strategy to provide one-stop shop offering voice and data solutions to our customers backed by unmatched tariffs. Tamil Nadu is an important market for MTS and we plan to further strengthen our presence in this region by connecting and engaging with our customers,” said Aravind Santhanam, chief operating officer, Tamil Nadu Circle, MTS India.

The MTS retail outlets provide end-to-end voice and data solutions and ensure customer convenience.

Customers can also experience MTS India’s product portfolio in both data and voice including the recently launched Android Smartphones MTS MTag 351, MTS MTag 352, MTS MTag 353, MTS MTag 401, & Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA.

In addition to the MTS branded retail stores, the company engages its customers in Tamil Nadu through a network of more than 18,500 retail outlets.
