BSNL 4G / Y-Max in Indore offers 512 KB to 2MB speed for Rs 220 to Rs 7,000 per month

Telecom Lead India: BSNL is set to launch 4G / Y-Max 4G in Indore on World Telecommunication Day on Friday.

The speed of the 4G internet services vary from 512 KB to 2MB.

The cost of various plans in 4G internet service varies from Rs 220 to Rs 7000 per month.

The connection to the wireless internet service is available in all over Indore and customers can also apply for the service through SMS (9425913111) and e-mail on rising.bsnl@gmail.com.

BSNL also offers facility of collecting the application form from the customer’s home. The internet connection will get started within 48 hours of booking.

Live demo of fast 4G internet service will be given at BSNL office of Nehru Park on Friday.

BSNL says the service is expected to bring a revolutionary change among the internet users. The department is expecting an overwhelming response from public.

BSNL has 66 percent broadband market share with 9.90 million users in February 2013.  The state-run MTNL has 7.2 percent market share with 1.08 million users.

India’s broadband subscription-base decreased 0.12 percent in February to 15 million from 15.01 million in January 2013, TRAI said.
