Arkadin selected by Chunghwa Telecom to offer web collaboration services

Telecom Lead India: Chunghwa Telecom, a
telecommunications provider in Taiwan, has selected Arkadin to become the audio
and web collaboration services provider to Chunghwa.


Enterprise customers of Chunghwa will benefit as the
partnership enables users to get comprehensive and innovative collaboration
services with superior performance and reliability.


“This is a highly strategic partnership between two
companies with similar goals to provide highest quality audio conferencing and
collaboration services on the market,” said T F Leng, president of
Chunghwa Telecom International Business Group.


“Chunghwa customers will now have a broader range of
conferencing options, including audio, web conferencing and event services.
Chunghwa customers will also be able to access conferencing services via mobile
applications for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry devices,” Leng added.


Arkadin is also setting up local operations in Taipei
making it their 50th global office.
