Telecom Lead Africa: Bharti Airtel Nigeria has acquired an additional 13.36 percent equity stake in Airtel Networks Nigeria from certain existing shareholders.
With this acquisition, Bharti Airtel Nigeria now owns 79.06 percent equity stake in Airtel Networks Nigeria.
