Bharti Airtel announced Airtel Home that allows Indian customers to combine multiple Airtel services — home broadband and fixed line, post-paid mobile and digital TV — as one account to make single payment and get services on My Airtel app.
Airtel will support customers of Airtel home broadband, Airtel post-paid mobile, Airtel land-phone and Airtel DTH to combine their bill into one to remove barriers in making payment, avoid delays and cut late fees.
Airtel will offer discounts of up to 10 percent on the unified bill. The discount will depend on the number of connections.
Airtel said it launched Airtel Home as a beta version for Airtel home broadband customers in Hyderabad. The largest telecom operator plans to roll out the solution across India over the next few weeks.
George Mathen, CEO – Homes, Bharti Airtel said: “We launched the Airtel Home platform to bring convenience and more value to our customers.”
Airtel is the largest private fixed broadband service provider in the country and offers Home broadband and fixed line services in 89 cities across India.
