Yardi to launch leasing pad for tablets

Telecom Lead America: Yardi is set to bring out Yardi
Leasing Pad, a new leasing tool designed for leasing managers to use on their
tablets.

To-be offered as Voyager Software as a Service, Yardi
Leasing Pad provides leasing managers with mobile leasing capabilities.

In today’s increasingly mobile world, prospects and
residents are looking for communities that utilize innovative technology to
enhance the prospect and resident experience,” said Terri Dowen, senior vice
president of sales for Yardi.

The new offering will help leasing managers meet the demands
of prospects and residents looking for instant responsiveness and service.

By using this toll on tablets, leasing managers can step
a prospect through the leasing process from initial contact to online lease
execution, or assist a resident during move in, move out, or renewal.

Yardi Leasing Pad takes the contact, lead, lease,
resident and property data housed in the Yardi Voyager property management
system and packages it in an intuitive, streamlined, and mobile way for leasing
managers.

Yardi Leasing Pad is designed as a Voyager S plug-in and
delivers browser agnostic mobile leasing management via tablet.

The company also announced more than 100 clients have
adopted Voyager SaaS (Voyager S) in the Yardi Cloud in just three months.

Voyager S is helping clients reduce costs and streamline
operations with improved service and software control.
