WebNMS demos IoT and dynamic service orchestration

WebNMS is showcasing its deployment ready Internet of Things (IoT) and dynamic service orchestration — at the Competitive Carriers Global Expo 2015 – promising lower operational cost.

To handle the number and variety of IoT devices, the gold sponsor of the event supports the creation of highly scalable and flexible IoT services applications

The WebNMS IoT application platform enables the creation of monitoring and management applications for enterprise applications.

WebNMS has developed deployable solutions for several industries including cell towers, wind farms, solar farms and ATMs to reduce carrier time to market.

The WebNMS Symphony Orchestration Platform offers unified service orchestration of Carrier Ethernet, MPLS, NFV and SDN networks.

Symphony Orchestration unifies and automates assured services for multi vendor networks.

Symphony can also reduce the service order lead time and scale management functions, such as service assurance monitoring while controlling carrier operational cost, by automating the entire service lifecycle.

The Symphony Orchestration Platform was launched in November 2014 supporting carriers and other service providers to efficiently transform existing static offerings into dynamic services and introduce new SDN and NFV based services as they mature.

“CCA Global Expo is an opportunity for WebNMS to demonstrate how our solutions can generate revenue for competitive carriers in the growing IoT market. On demand dynamic provisioning for IoT services and carrier networks also is key to industry growth,” Prabhu Ramachandran, director of WebNMS.

Last year, WebNMS announced its partnership with Calsoft Labs to help service providers increase their revenue and reduce costs by delivering virtual services on their existing networks.
