The joint venture aims to play a role as a supplier to telecom Carriers in the final deployment and management of current mobile networks and their planned transformation into the next-generation cloud enabled, virtual and software driven networks.

“Avion Systems has expertise and experience in network services, an area chosen by us to invest and grow into,” Manish Vyas, president, Communications Group, Tech Mahindra.

The company would be primarily servicing the communication industry in the transformation of current mobile to a virtualized, cloud-enabled and open-systems driven network to spur rapid innovation and adoption.
