Netcracker and etisalat by e& Ink Deal for BSS Project

Netcracker Technology, a provider of BSS and digital transformation solutions, and etisalat by e&, a telecommunications company in the UAE, will undertake a Business Support System (BSS) transformation project.

This deployment spans various products and functions, including order management, customer relationship management (CRM), product catalog management, self-service and digital channel enablement, service fulfillment, analytics and reporting, and partner management.

The deployment of of Netcracker Digital BSS is poised to directly enhance the experience of all etisalat by e&’s customers, including both consumers and businesses. Key benefits include improved time-to-market, superior service delivery, and an enhanced customer care experience, all facilitated by a GenAI-driven platform.
