MWC 2015: ZTE LTE core network products volume grew 200% in Europe

ZTE today said its sales volume of LTE 4G core network products grew nearly 200 percent in Europe.

This was announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2015) in Barcelona.

By Q4 2014, ZTE had signed over 70 EPC commercial contracts, and deployed over 140 trial networks all over the world.

ZTE has achieved growth in existing markets like Germany, Austria, Belgium and Hungary, expanded into many new markets including Slovakia, Britain and Norway.

Meanwhile, ZTE said it will enable converged 4G network powered by multi-operator core network (MOCN), carrier aggregation (CA) and voice over LTE (VoLTE) solutions for HKT, a telecom operator in Hong Kong. This solution helps HKT to converge its two mobile networks smoothly and improve the communications experience of 4G users.
