Tech giant Huawei reported that its revenue rose 22.8 percent to 585.9 billion yuan or $82.34 billion in 9-months of 2024 from 452.3 billion in 9-months of 2023.
Huawei is yet to reveal the break-down in its revenue. Huawei generates sales from smartphones, mobile networks to telecom operators and networks to enterprises.
Huawei posted a 42 percent surge in smartphone sales in China during the third quarter, IDC said last week.
Huawei re-entered the 5G premium smartphone market last year with its Mate 60 series and this year with its high-end P series phones, Reuters news report said.
Huawei posted a 13.7 percent drop in nine-month net profit to 62.9 billion yuan ($8.83 billion) for the January-September period, the telecoms giant and smartphone maker said in a statement to the Shanghai Clearing House.
