The annual report indicated that remuneration for top executives at Ericsson in 2025 shows a sharp rise in variable pay for the CEO, while compensation trends for other senior leaders were more mixed compared with 2024 and 2023.

In 2025, total remuneration for Borje Ekholm increased significantly to SEK 49,047,972, up from SEK 25,318,696 in 2024 and SEK 19,371,871 in 2023.
Fixed salary remained stable at SEK 18,799,637 across all three years.
Pension contributions were unchanged at SEK 10,151,804 annually.
Other benefits and vacation pay declined slightly to SEK 2,281,794 in 2025 from SEK 2,310,861 in 2024.
The main driver of the increase was variable remuneration:
One-year variable pay rose to SEK 22,373,471 in 2025, compared with SEK 15,036,644 in 2024. No payout was recorded in 2023.
Multiannual variable remuneration surged to SEK 49,047,972 in 2025, nearly doubling from SEK 25,318,696 in 2024 and more than doubling from SEK 19,371,871 in 2023.
The 2025 figures indicate a strong performance-linked payout year for the CEO, particularly on long-term incentives.

Total remuneration for Fredrik Jejdling rose to SEK 6,371,593 in 2025, compared with SEK 3,166,084 in 2024 and SEK 2,399,101 in 2023.
Fixed salary dropped sharply to SEK 1,952,831 in 2025 from SEK 9,280,189 in both 2024 and 2023.
Pension contributions declined to SEK 598,438 in 2025 from SEK 2,754,775 in 2024 and SEK 2,728,761 in 2023.
One-year variable remuneration fell to SEK 1,457,569 in 2025 from SEK 7,774,514 in 2024, while there was no payout in 2023.
Multiannual variable remuneration increased modestly to SEK 910,455 in 2025 from SEK 3,166,084 in 2024 and SEK 2,399,101 in 2023.
