BroadHop provides TSTT with policy management platform

Telecom Lead America: BroadHop, a provider of control
platforms for telecom operators, announced that Telecommunications Services of
Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) selected its Quantum Network Suite to support
its converged subscriber services.

“TSTT was looking for a single solution that would
enable us to quickly and easily offer our subscribers the kind of services they
need across all our networks. BroadHop’s Quantum Network Suite enables the kind
of flexible, interactive, identity-based services we need to deliver compelling
solutions to our subscribers,” said George Hill, chief technology officer
at TSTT.

TSTT provides voice, video and data services across its
DSL, WiMax, mobile and Wi-Fi networks.

BroadHop is providing converged AAA, subscriber data
management (SDM) and policy management for all TSTT networks.

“With Quantum Network Suite, TSTT can now take
advantage of dynamic service management, targeted, personalized services and
content for each subscriber. BroadHop’s converged network solution allows for
multi-service subscriber data management, enabling TSTT to deliver a consistent
and unified subscriber experience. This differentiation sets TSTT apart in the
Trinidad and Tobago telecommunications market to maintain its advantage as the
market’s leading operator,” said Bill Diotte, CEO and president of
BroadHop.

BroadHop’s Quantum Network Suite is the only policy
management platform that was purpose-built to operate in a multi-network,
multi-access environment enabling TSTT to control, manage, optimize, and
monetize their converged networks from a single point in the network.

BroadHop launches Quantum subscriber analytics

Recently, BroadHop introduced Quantum Subscriber
Analytics, a scalable reporting solution that provides in-depth subscriber
intelligence to network operators.

Quantum Subscriber Analytics is integrated with
BroadHop’s Quantum Network Suite’s Policy, Charging and Subscriber Data
Management solutions as well as network enforcement points including industry
leading DPIs.
