5G-Advanced Core promotion initiative by Huawei

Huawei has revealed the importance of 5G-Advanced Core at the 5G-Advanced Core Industry Forum — hosted by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and co-hosted by Huawei — at the China National Convention Center during the 31st PT Expo China.
Huawei 5G New ZealandHuawei, together with partners, including CAICT, 3GPP, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, Schneider, Neolix, TD Tech, and SmartSuperV, launched the 5G-Advanced Core promotion initiative at the Forum.

The group will pool their efforts to promote industry consensus and commercial deployment of a new core architecture in the 5G-Advanced era, as well as build an intelligent, convergent core network to connect everything and enable all services, helping implement the industry’s vision of an intelligent world.

“The 5G-Advanced Core will unlock more and more services and experiences, as well as stimulating innovation with enhanced capabilities and connectivity,” Leo Ma, President of Huawei Cloud Core Network Marketing Department, said.
