Telecom Lead India: Nokia India has launched Lumia 610 in
India.
Priced at Rs 12,999, Nokia Lumia 610 was unveiled at Mobile World Congress held
earlier this year. The device is powered by 800MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon
processor and comes with 256MB RAM and 8GB of internal memory. It sports a 5
megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash.
The phone features a 3.7 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen display with a
resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Weighing approximately 131gm, Nokia Lumia 610 runs
on Windows Phone 7.5 operating system.
Reports suggest that users can use the phone as a WiFi Hotspot for as many as 5
WiFi-enabled devices.
The company also announced a limited edition Dark Knight Rises of Nokia Lumia
800 phone. Some 200 units of this special edition smartphone will be sold in
India.
