Telecom Lead India: In a move to strengthen its
market position, Karbonn Mobiles has launched an array of affordable smart
devices, including Karbonn Smart Tab 1 and Karbonn A9 smartphone.
The company has also rebranded its products as ‘Karbonn
Smart’ under which all the new and upcoming products will be marketed.

Karbonn Smart Tab runs on Android 4.0.3 ICS OS and
powered with a 1.2 GHz X-Burst processor. Priced at Rs 6,990, the tablet
features a 17.8 cm capacitive 5-point touch screen and comes equipped with
3,700 mAh battery.
The tablet boasts 3D gravity sensor, Wi-Fi and 3G support
through USB dongle. It comes with a 2MP front camera along with pre-embedded
applications like Karbonn Smart Browser and Karbonn Smart games, TOI & ET
app, Facebook and much more.
The new range of smartphones includes the Karbonn
A9, the Karbonn A7 and the Karbonn A5. All smartphones run on Android 2.3.6
Gingerbread OS and combine features such as ultra fast processor, high quality
camera and Dual SIM support.

Karbonn A9 smartphone is powered by 1 GHz Processor,
whereas both Karbonn A7 and Karbonn A5 run on 800 MHz processors.
Karbonn A9 smartphone is priced at Rs.9490, while A7 and
A5 are priced at Rs.7490 and Rs.5790 respectively.
Competing with BlackBerry, Karbonn Mobiles launches new

its second generation Karbonn KT-21 Express that features new messaging
solution.
