Apple iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c generate poor response from China Mobile users

Apple iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c are generating poor response from China Mobile users.

According to several media reports, China Mobile received 100,000 pre-orders for the new iPhone smartphones in the first two days. That’s compared to 120,000 pre-orders for China Unicom and 150,000 for China Telecom back in September.

The iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c go on sale on China Telecom on January 17.

Indian mobile phone market is also showing poor response. iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c are available in India on Bharti Airtel and Reliance Communications networks. Earlier, both telecoms reported shortage of the recently launched smartphones due to lack of devices available. Shortage was not due to strong demand in India.
