Viasat, a communications company, said its acquisition of Inmarsat, a provider of mobile satellite communications services, is expected to close by the end of this month.
Viasat has received unconditional approval from the European Commission (EC) the acquisition of Inmarsat.
Viasat earlier received approval from the U.K. Competition & Markets Authority on May 9, 2023, and the U.S. Federal Communications Commission on May 19, 2023.
