Verizon Value Expands Global Connectivity with New Prepaid International Plans

Verizon Value launched new prepaid international services through Simple Mobile and Total Wireless, effective August 28, 2025. The services expand global connectivity for prepaid customers. Simple Mobile offers a $25 plan with 15GB data and calling to 100+ countries, $30 plan with 20GB data and calling to 125+ countries, $40 plan with 30GB data and calling to 125+ countries, $50 Unlimited World plan with unlimited data, talk, and text and calling to 200+ countries, and $60 Unlimited World+ plan with unlimited 5G Ultra Wideband data, talk, text, calling to 200+ countries, and roaming in 140+ countries. Total Wireless offers a $40 Total Base 5G Unlimited plan with 5GB hotspot, roaming in Canada/Mexico, calling to 85+ countries, texting to 200+ countries; $55 Total 5G Unlimited plan with 15GB hotspot, roaming in 30+ countries, calling to 180 countries, texting to 200 countries; and $65 Total 5G+ Unlimited plan with unlimited hotspot, roaming in 30+ countries, calling to 180 countries, texting to 200 countries, and $10 calling credit.

Riata Capital Recapitalizes COEO Solutions to Expand Network and Communications Services

Riata Capital Group announced the recapitalization of COEO Solutions, a provider of managed network and cloud collaboration services for small and mid-sized enterprises. COEO offers services including dedicated internet access (DIA), SD-WAN, SASE, managed voice, SIP trunking, and unified communications as a service (UCaaS). The investment supports COEO’s expansion and growth plans, enabling the company to serve more businesses across the U.S. and enhance its service portfolio.

GCT Semiconductor Advances 5G Chipset Development

GCT Semiconductor completed sampling of its 5G chipsets and modules to lead customers, including Orbic North America and Airspan Networks. The delivery allows customers to evaluate performance, compatibility, and integration of the chipsets in their 5G devices and network equipment. Following the sampling, GCT is working with these customers to finalize testing and support preparations for mass production. The process includes verifying the chipsets’ performance across multiple 5G bands and ensuring network compliance. By providing early access to its technology, GCT enables partners to accelerate device development and deployment.
