Telecom Turmoil: Ofcom Probes BT and Three After Massive Summer Outages

UK telecom regulator Ofcom has launched investigations into BT Group and Three following nationwide mobile service outages that affected thousands of customers, including disruptions to emergency calls. Ofcom is evaluating whether both companies failed to implement proper measures to prevent network failures and mitigate impacts.
