AI Revolution Hits South Africa: Cell C and Odine Join Forces to Transform Network Quality

OdineLabs and Cell C have signed a Proof of Concept (PoC) agreement to pilot AI-driven network quality enhancements across South Africa. The initiative will deploy Odine’s AI-based solution to improve connection continuity, optimize network performance, and elevate customer experience. The collaboration supports Cell C’s capex-light strategy, enabling more efficient investment while maintaining high service standards. By integrating advanced AI orchestration and automation, the PoC aims to enhance operational efficiency and deliver a more resilient, high-performing telecom network infrastructure.
