Geopon, Westfield launch new Android app for targeted coupons and reward programs

Telecom Lead America: Geopon has joined forces with
Westfield to launch Android mobile platform that combines geo-targeted coupons
and savings with electronic reward programs and payment processing.

Geopon is a provider of app targeting the exploding mobile
coupon market. Geopon’s new Android application is now available in the South
Florida market.

The iPhone application is currently in beta testing and
will be available to thousands of retailers and consumers by September 6.

“Geopon’s new mobile platform technology is sure to
impress not only discerning tech gurus, but also every day Droid and iPhone
users as well. The behavioral targeting, geo-targeting, and
demographic-targeting will help retailers market their businesses and consumers
save money in one easy-to-use mobile application,” said Ido Meros, CEO of
Geopon.com.

The Geopon ecosystem comprises various functions and
features that combine reviews, mall guides, movie times, and menus with
respective locations.

The new single-source mobile platform offers shoppers an
enhanced shopping experience through geo-targeted coupons and savings
with electronic reward programs and payment processing.

“With the ever changing new media landscape and the
huge progress location-based mobile coupon apps have been making in recent
years, we found Geopon offers a revolutionary way for retailers to interact
with shoppers through behavioral targeting, geo-targeting and demographic
targeting while they are in the vicinity of the mall on their mobile
devices,” said Andrew Martineau, Marketing Director at Westfield Broward.
