Dialogic posts Q2 net loss of $5.7 million on $31.1 million revenue

Dialogic has reported second quarter net loss of $5.7 million on a revenue of $31.1 million that declined from $36.9 million.

Total revenue of Dialogic for the second quarter of 2013 was $31.1 million compared to $33.8 million in the first quarter of 2013 and $36.9 million in the second quarter of 2012.

Dialogic recently aid its gross margin for the second quarter of 2013 was 57.6 percent compared to 57.9 percent in the first quarter of 2013 and 45.2 percent in the second quarter of 2012.

Operating expense for the second quarter of 2013 was $23.2 million compared to $25.5 million in the first quarter of 2013 and $35.5 million in the second quarter of 2012.

Net loss for the second quarter of 2013 was $5.7 million, or $0.36 per share compared to $10.4 million, or $0.68 per share, in the first quarter of 2013 and $19.0 million, or $3.00 per share, in the second quarter of 2012.

Cash on hand for the second quarter of 2013 was $8.4 million compared to $4.4 million in the first quarter of 2013 and $6.5 million in the second quarter of 2012.
