ZTE to partner with ICT for business customer services

ZTE has started offering its fixed network products to
enterprise customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The company entered into a technology partnership with IT
service provider ICT, based in Germany, who will sell ZTE’s products and
solutions for broadband enhancements to both public and private sector
customers.

Their collaboration with ICT represents ZTE’s first step
towards establishing an independent sales channel for enterprise solutions in
Germany.

ZTE will for the first time provide enterprise customers
in the DACH region with an offer of its products and solutions on the open
market. Previously, ZTE exclusively delivered its telecommunication products
and solutions directly to network operators.

ZTE Deutschland already launched a dedicated channel
sales department at the beginning of the second half of 2011. It will be will
be expanding its team in the coming months.

“Over the past few years, ZTE’s growth strategy in
Europe proved to be very successful. Therefore, it is the time to enter the
enterprise customer market for direct sales and to further enhance our market
share based on innovative broadband products,” said Uwe Prasse, head of
Channel Sales, Enterprise Customers, ZTE Dusseldorf.

“A steadily increasing number of globally operating
corporations rely on local service providers, due to their on-site availability
with fast and geographically close customer support. We are looking forward to
utilizing this advantage for the benefit of both our businesses,” said
Jurgen Pallien, general manager of ICT.
