ZTE management increases holding


ZTE Corporation announced that the management of the
company has increased its shareholding through the purchase of more than one
million A shares on 24th June 2011.


The shares were acquired through individual funds from
the secondary market at the market price. The acquisition is based on the
company’s long-term development strategy, and reflects the confidence of the
management in ZTE’s future prospects.


ZTE has recently increased its investment in LTE, FTTx,
PTN/40G, smart terminals, cloud computing and other sectors. The company aims
to continue to expand in the U.S., Europe and other developing countries.
