Xchanging appoints Nimish Soni as ED Asia

 

Xchanging, a business processing company,
announced the appointment of Nimish Soni as executive director, Offshore
Services-Asia, effective July 2011.

 

Nimish will be based in Bangalore and will be
responsible for the company’s BPO

and ITO operations in Asia.

 

This will include the company’s operations in
India, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. In this role, Nimish will report to
Xchanging’s CEO Ken Lever and join the company’s Executive Committee.

 

Nimish joined Xchanging following the
acquisition of Cambridge Solutions Ltd., where he served as the Managing
Director for India and was responsible for the BPO division.

 

He founded Cambridge BPO in 2001. Prior to
that, Nimish led the setting up of India’s first full service captive insurance
BPO centre for American Financial Group. He has also worked with Cap Gemini
E&Y in the USA as a Senior Consultant in a variety of roles.

 

Nimish brings strong operational and
leadership experience to this role. His extensive work in the Asia Pacific
markets positions him well to take this role. I congratulate him on his
