Thailand telecom operator True taps Subex for ROC Revenue Assurance solution

Telecom Lead India: True Corporation Public Company (True), a telecom operator in Thailand, has selected Subex to provide Revenue Operations Centre (ROC) Revenue Assurance solution.

The Thailand-based telecom service provider will benefit as the solution provides automated correction capabilities to improve bottom-line results and provide a quick return-on-investment (RoI). The solution is flexible and will support revenue assurance practices as the wireless provider expands and matures.

“Protecting revenues across our telecoms offerings has always been a key focus and that was the decisive factor for choosing Subex’s ROC Revenue Assurance solution. We believe we will derive maximum value and stand to benefit from Subex’s domain expertise and leadership in the Revenue Assurance space. We already use their ROC Fraud Management solution and choosing their ROC Revenue Assurance solution was a natural next step,” said Vizes Nakornchai, deputy director, True Corporation.

“This win adds to our growing expertise in the APAC region and is proof of the quality of our products and services we offer to our customers. We are seeing more of our customers opting for multiple Subex ROC solutions, which helps enhance the CSP’s operational efficiency, leading to better service for their customers,” said Vinod Kumar, group president, Subex.
