Sutherland partners with ElectraCard Services

Sutherland Global Services, a provider of Technology and
Analytics enabled Business Process services, announced that it has signed an
agreement with ElectraCard Services (ECS), a provider of software solutions for
electronic payment systems, to enhance its presence in the U.S. and Americas
market.

As program partners, Sutherland Global Services will be
authorized to market ECS’s entire electra
suite of products and services to their banking and financial
services customers.

Over the last two decades, Sutherland
has provided a wide range of Business Process and allied services to the global
banking and financial services domain.

ECS, announced its US operations in 2011, and was
actively seeking a program partner to support its existing sales team. Together
ECS and Sutherland Global Services have created a partnership that is mutually
complementary and will enable an accelerated execution of go-to-market
strategies.

“The payments market while mature, remains dynamic
and extremely competitive. To execute an efficient go-to-market strategy in
this market, we knew we needed to partner with companies with impeccable
credentials that have complementary services and solutions,” said Dale Van Stratten, senior
vice president, sales head, Americas for ElectraCard Services.

This strategy benefits both partners. As partners,
Sutherland and ECS will offer value to each other not only in terms of
achieving sales growth, but also knowledge sharing.

“As an organization, Sutherland constantly seeks to
enhance and enrich the benefits and value we provide to our clients. This
partnership adds a significant element to that endeavor. We will be able to
offer our customers a powerful and cost effective solution that combines
leading-edge product technology, in-depth domain expertise and best-in-class
services,” said Kumar
Subramanian
head of Banking Practice, Sutherland Global
Services.
