Susie Kim Riley resigns from Tekelec

Tekelec, mobile broadband solutions company, announced
that Susie Kim Riley, chief marketing officer, will leave the company effective
July 30. She will serve in a consulting role to the company through November
2011.

Riley, a serial entrepreneur, arrived at Tekelec via its
acquisition of Camiant in 2010.

“Susie is well recognized as the thought leader and
key advocate for policy control and has been instrumental in establishing
Tekelec
as the leading independent policy
vendor. We wish her great success in her next entrepreneurial endeavour,”
said Ron de Lange, president and chief executive officer.

“I am incredibly proud of Tekelec’s position in the
policy market with 47 service provider customers, including 34 tier-one
operators,” said Susie Kim Riley.

“We have a strong customer base that includes
multiple Vodafone and Telefonica networks, the Verizon Wireless LTE network,
the Verizon FIOS network, Comcast and Cox. It’s rewarding to see Camiant’s
technology become a key foundation of the next generation technology at Tekelec
as we grow the company’s mobile broadband portfolio and customer base,”
added Riley.
