Service providers can take control of the services and promotions they launch with a real-time billing, rating and charging with integrated policy, promotions, analytics and business intelligence.

Moreover, service providers can deliver better customer experience with the integrated customer care and self-care capabilities.

Lucas Skoczkowski, CEO, Redknee, said: “The solution responds to the needs of today’s service providers to deliver innovative services and offerings to their customers, while aligning investment to their business growth.”

Camille Mendler, principal analyst, Informa Telecoms & Media, says Cloud-based platforms, such as the Redknee Cloud, can de-risk service innovation, which is why the role of cloud-based billing and customer care is set to grow.

The solution is built on the Microsoft platform, which includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL Server and Windows Server.

Bonnie Jeanne Maher, managing director, Worldwide Telecommunications, Microsoft, said: “We see the cloud as an imperative platform for service providers that want greater business agility while significantly reducing capital expenditure so that they can focus on their core business.”
