Telecom Lead America: Procera Networks has appointed
Trevis Schuh as vice president of Global Support and Quality.
Speaking on the appointment, Jim Brear, chief executive
officer of Procera said that Schuh is a seasoned leader and his ability to
deliver the highest level of product and support services will drive customer
satisfaction and retention among Procera’s global and Tier 1 customers.
Under this new role, Schuh will implement the
teams, systems, processes and maintenance controls to maintain quality, while
delivering increased product capabilities as Procera scales its business to
meet customer needs.
The appointment of Schuh is among a number of newly added
vice president positions at Procera that are designed to grow the company.
These new positions will also help Procera to advance
revenues by meeting increased global customer demand for its network
optimization solutions while enhancing its brand by delivering the best quality
products and support in the industry.
Schuh said that Procera’s superlative solutions and
support are key to enabling customers to quickly rollout personalized services
that differentiate themselves while also augmenting their bottom line.
Schuh has over 20 years of telecom and networking
operations and customer service experience from both telecom carriers and
networking product providers.
Prior to Procera, Schuh served Meru Networks, a provider
of Wireless LAN infrastructure systems, as the vice president of Worldwide
Support and Services.
At Meru Networks, he managed global technical support,
professional services, educational services, and service maintenance.
