Polycom sets up customer experience centers in Mumbai and Bangalore

Telecom Lead India: Polycom has set up two new Customer Experience Centers in Mumbai and Bangalore.

The new centers showcase Polycom’s latest video, voice and UC&C infrastructure solutions, including mobile video solutions and cloud-delivered video collaboration.

At present, Polycom has a center in New Delhi.

The new center is part of Polycom’s strategic go-to-market initiative to demonstrate its portfolio of video collaboration solutions to both existing and potential customers across India.

Polycom, which has 50.2 percent market share in the Indian video collaboration market, targets large enterprises, SMBs and government departments.

According to Frost & Sullivan Research, the Indian Video Conferencing Endpoints & Infrastructure Market is expected to see a CAGR of 20.1 percent over the next seven years.

Neeraj Gill, managing director, India and SAARC, Polycom, says catering to two of the top five financial hubs in India, the new Experience Centers in Bangalore and Mumbai, along with the existing one in New Delhi, will extend its reach.

The centers allow customers and partners to participate in interactive demonstrations to experience the latest innovations in high-definition video, voice, and unified communications and collaboration solutions.
