Huawei to assist KPN to replace IT Business Support System

Telecom Lead Europe:
Telecommunications major KPN has tied up with Huawei to replace multiple legacy
IT Business Support System.

Huawei will offer a single next generation converged BSS
solution for the retail and wholesale markets in the Netherlands. Moreover, Huawei
will support KPN to ensure this IT and business transformation program is
a success.

collaboration as it represents our commitment to providing leading technical
solutions and services to support our partners in the smooth realization of IT
transformations and securing business success,” said Kevin Tao, president of
Huawei of the West European region.

Following an engagement in Telfort, the KPN Group selected Huawei
to manage an international hosted MVNE platform serving customers in Belgium,
France, and Spain. 

Recently, Huawei was selected as a partner to replace
the BSS system for the consumer and wholesale markets for the KPN Germany
operator, E-plus.
