BSS vendor CSG International has appointed Bret Griess as president of the company.
Bret Griess is currently the executive vice president and chief operating officer of CSG International that works with 100s of telecom operators.
Peter Kalan will remain chief executive officer of CSG International.
Griess joined CSG in 1996 and held a variety of positions in Operations and Information Technology, until being appointed executive vice president of Operations in February 2009 and chief operating officer in March 2011.
Griess, who now oversees the company’s global operations and delivery, client relationships, product management & strategy and sales, has played an integral role in CSG’s transformation into an international business support solutions provider for telecoms.
Some of the telecom clients of CSG Systems International include AT&T, Comcast, DISH, Orange, T-Mobile, Telefonica, Time Warner Cable, Vodafone, Vivo and Verizon.
