Ceridian InView workforce management goes mobile

Ceridian, a provider of workforce management, human resource management,
payroll, and benefits administration solutions, announced the launch of its
mobile solution for Ceridian InView, a application providing users with mobile
access to workforce management capabilities.

The mobile solution for Ceridian InView is designed to improve
scheduling and time and attendance accuracy, boost productivity and increase
employee engagement while ensuring the right employee is working at the right
location. The Ceridian InView mobile solution is available on the Google
Android and Apple iOS platforms including iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

InView Mobile will improve and optimize business performance by putting
the full power of InView into the hands of employees and management,” said
Howard Tarnoff, senior vice president and general manager of Ceridian‘s InView Workforce Management.

“We all know improving efficiency is critical, but just as
important is improving productivity and employee and manager engagement,”
said Mollie Lombardi, research director, Aberdeen Group.

“By providing employees with mobile tools to manage not only
schedules and clocking in and out, but also things like requesting leave, it
provides workers with the ability to better manage the work environment, feel
more a part of the process, and spend less time and energy dealing with
schedule issues,” Lombardi added.
