Amdocs has signed a three-year application management deal with Post Telecom, a mobile service provider in Luxembourg.
Under the agreement, Amdocs will provide application management services to support, operate and enhance the Amdocs charging, billing and customer management solutions deployed as part of Post Telecom’s business support systems (BSS) modernization project.
The long term agreement will enable Post Telecom to expand its modernization project to its wireline customers.
Guy Mootz, head of BSS Department at Post Telecom, said: “A single, converged BSS solution for all our lines of business will enable us to quickly deliver new and innovative offerings to our customers while driving efficiencies.”
