ADTRAN extends TL 9000 certification to Hyderabad, India

Telecom network vendor ADTRAN today announced its multi-site TL 9000 certification to include its engineering facility in Hyderabad, India.

ADTRAN leverages design and testing from the facility and promote collaboration across its global divisions and R&D locations.

“TL 9000 certification is achieved through an audit process, with the goal of efficiently providing the highest quality ICT products and services, as well as enhancing overall customer experience,” said Fraser Pajak, CEO of QuEST Forum.

Kevin Heering, senior vice president of quality and administration for ADTRAN, said: “By extending ADTRAN’s TL 9000 certification to include our facility in India, our global customers can remain assured that they’re receiving the quality of service.”
