Juniper Networks revenue up 11% to $1.2 bn in Q1

Juniper Networks IndiaJuniper Networks said it achieved revenue $1,221.0 million (+11 percent) and operating margin of 12.8 percent (–13.5 percent) and net income of $108.8 million (+19 percent) in the first quarter of 2017.

“We continue to drive strong momentum with cloud solutions across our key verticals,” said Rami Rahim, chief executive officer at Juniper Networks.

Juniper Networks generated $521.6 million from routing, $241.6 million from switches and $65.7 million from switches business. Juniper Networks generated $331.6 million from Cloud customers, $568.5 million from telecoms / cable and $320.9 million revenue from enterprises.

Americas region generated $711.6 million revenue, while $284.5 million came from EMEA and $224.9 million from Asia Pacific.
