Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa – powered by the Symsoft MVNO Platform — has 3.5 million customers in the MEA region.

Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa (VMMEA), the first MVNO to launch in the Middle East region, is offering mobile voice and data services under the Virgin Mobile and FRiENDi mobile brands across the region.

Virgin Mobile used the Symsoft MVNO Platform to create a better customer experience. Symsoft MVNO product provides the ability to Virgin Mobile to define service logic combined with real-time traffic management and value added services.

Symsoft MVNO Platform’s open APIs allow for integration with customer service channels appropriate for all market segments.

Symsoft works with more than 70 mobile operators in over 40 countries, providing software and services for customers in the areas of Real-Time BSS, value added services, fraud prevention and signaling security.
