Ringo app offers local calling at 19 paisa per minute

Ringo app local calling
Ringo calling app has launched local calling in India at a flat rate of 19 paisa per minute to make calls to landline and mobile.

The chart shows comparison between calling rate of Ringo app and Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Idea Cellular, three top telecom network operators in India.

There will be no additional charges like roaming, STD or top-up cards. Unlike other VOIP apps in the market, Ringo uses telephone networks instead of phone data or the Internet for a phone call, and thus offers superior calling experience, without any call drops.

Ringo’s standard rate of 19 paisa is 90 percent cheaper than most carriers and 25 percent cheaper than the most popular calling apps that are Internet based. The app offers 50 minutes of free talk time to every user who installs the app for the first time, and 50 additional minutes for every friend a user refers to Ringo.

Ringo is offering calls at a price of 19 paisa per minute by purchasing minutes in bulk at low prices. Ringo does not use your talktime, by using a call flow that connects both the initiator and the recipient of a call via a conference bridge.
