Telstra signs 10-year outsourcing deal with ISGM

Infrastructure Services Group Management (ISGM) today announced its 10-year deal with telecom network operator Telstra.

The financial details of the outsourcing contract was not disclosed. Earlier, ISGM had a 4-year contract with Telstra.

As per the agreement, ISGM will be managing Telstra’s outsourced service delivery activities across Australia.

For the past four years, ISGM managed Telstra’s outsourced customer installations and maintenance services.

“The new long-term contract reflects the positive relationship Telstra and ISGM have established over the past four years. We look forward to continuing to work together in the future and improving service for Telstra’s customers,” said Brian Harcourt, executive director, Customer Service Delivery – Telstra.

The Australia-based ISGM is a providing consulting and outsourcing services through its strategy, systems and operations capabilities.

“ISGM is continuing to expand its subcontractor workforce from 3,500 to 4,000 people, as more opportunities are created to address the current resource shortage in the growing telecom industry,” said ISGM CEO Liz Butcher.
