American wireless major Sprint today challenged rival T-Mobile US by offering the Apple iPhone 6s 16GB for $1 per month and the iPhone 6s Plus for $5 per month with the trade-in of an iPhone 6.
T Mobile US on Wednesday tried to attract Apple iPhone buyers with a $5-per-month, trade-in deal.
Apple’s iPhone 6S and 6S Plus will hit American retail stores on Friday, September 25. The tech giant launched its own iPhone upgrade plan on September 9 challenging the four wireless majors in the U.S.

Under T-Mobile’s new smartphone offer, wireless subscribers that surrender an iPhone 6 will lease a new iPhone 6S for $5 monthly, while those that turn in an iPhone 5 can lease the new device for $10 monthly.
This new offer is part of Sprint’s iPhone Forever program, which allows new and upgrade-eligible Sprint customers to get the newest iPhone as soon as it is available.
Sprint will offer iPhone 6s 64GB for $5.77 and the 128GB version of iPhone 6s will come for $10.53 monthly with the trade in of an iPhone 6.
Apple 6s Plus 64GB will cost you $9.77 per month, while the price of iPhone 6s Plus 128GB will be $14.53 per month with an iPhone 6 trade–in.
“Once again it is clear that the best place to get the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus is Sprint,” said Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure.
Sprint will also offer a $10 per month price on iPhone 6s 16GB or $14 per month on iPhone 6s Plus 16GB with the trade-in of an iPhone 5s.
