“The implementation of one central inventory with discovery and reconciliation capabilities for all network layers will be an important step in planning and installation,” said Erdogan Bayrak, IT Governance & Enterprise Capabilities Manager at Turkcell.

NetCracker will be responsible for the delivery and integration of the NetCracker solutions, as well as the migration of customers from several legacy systems to the new platform.

Meanwhile, Andorra Telecom, the national telecommunications operator for the Principality of Andorra, has deployed NetCracker’s integrated solutions as part of a BSS/OSS transformation to update and expand its existing NetCracker platform to the entire NetCracker BSS/OSS suite.

Joan-Marc Lauga, CTO at Andorra Telecom, said: “While we have already witnessed the in-depth functionality of NetCracker’s billing solutions, we look forward to experiencing the comprehensive advantages of using its updated end-to-end portfolio.”

The use of the NetCracker BSS/OSS solution will enable Andorra Telecom to reduce Capex and Opex, increase revenue by accelerating the rollout of new offerings, improve customer satisfaction through faster response times and strengthen customer retention.
