TRAI gets two part-time members

The Government has appointed two part-time members at the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

These two part-time members of TRAI includes M Jagadesh Kumar, professor, IIT, Delhi and Rajiv Sharma, former secretary general, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC).

The appointment will be for a period of three years from the date on which they enters upon their office or until they attain the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
