Wipro has formed partnership with Flytxt, a mobile data analytics firm, to jointly offer customer experience and revenue enhancement solutions worldwide.
The partnership will leverage Flytxt’s Mobile Consumer Analytics technology and Wipro’s expertise in telecom sector to address the telecom industry’s challenges in generating measurable economic value from fast growing, diverse data streams.
The mobile consumer analytics solution can analyze large volume, velocity and variety of data generated in telecom ecosystem and produce actionable insights on consumer behavior through analytical models based on data and decision science, the company said.

Flytxt recently signed partnerships with MTN and Idea Cellular. Idea Cellular announced it will deploy QREDA, a multi-channel mobile advertising platform from Flytxt. MTN partnered with Flytxt to deploy its real-time customer engagement solution.
