TeliaSonera CIO Ake Sodermark will step down on April 1 because of his retirement.
Sverker Hannervall, chief technology officer and senior vice president (in pix), will assume Ake Sodermark’s responsibilities.
Ake Sodermark will leave TeliaSonera’s Group Executive Management at year-end. Ake Sodermark has worked in TeliaSonera for six years. Sodermark has had a key role in forming TeliaSonera’s new technology organization.
There will be no replacement for Sodermark in the Group Executive Management that will have 11 members after the change.
