Tele2 Sweden deploys NSN CEM solution

Telecom network vendor Nokia Solutions and Networks (NSN) has deployed its CEM solution called Serve atOnce Traffica for Tele2 Sweden to better mobile customer experience.

By linking network performance to customer satisfaction and application behavior, the NSN solution provides a comprehensive display of network performance based on service quality, service usage and real-time traffic information.

Insights from Serve atOnce Traffica will be coupled with fault, performance and configuration data from NSN’s NetAct management system to enable Tele2 Sweden to interpret the data to boost customer satisfaction.

NSN said in a statement that Serve atOnce Traffica will facilitate real-time monitoring of Tele2 Sweden’s network performance, service quality and service use. This will help the operator’s staff across all departments to prioritize their actions and improve the overall service quality.

Meanwhile, Tele2 AB said it’s in the process of evaluating a number of strategic opportunities for its Norwegian operations. The company has hired ABG Sundal Collier to advise on the different options. Among the possible options are entering a strategic partnership, divesting Tele2 Norway to one or several parties, or continuing growing the business organically within the Tele2 Group.
