Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced that Forrester Research has cited it as a leader in its April 20, 2011 report titled ‘The Forrester Wave: SAP Services Providers, Q2 2011’.
Forrester evaluated 19 SAP implementation providers based on 65 criteria. The criteria were broken down into three categories: current offering, strategy and market presence. According to the report, TCS was the first Indian provider to become a global SAP services partner and continues to be a leading offshore firm in the SAP services market. TCS has continued to invest in strategy consulting, making it a candidate for large, complex, transformational projects – as well as its global footprint – allowing it to serve clients across all of the major geographies. Key areas of industry focus include manufacturing, retail, and utilities.”
